About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists and credentialed actuaries to develop and implement data-driven strategies in Personal Lines.
• Drive innovation and shape the strategic direction of the Personal Lines business through analytics.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders across the company to identify impactful opportunities and bring new analytical approaches to life.
• Lead complex, visible projects that directly influence business outcomes and enhance competitive position.
• Shape the direction of data science initiatives, grow talent within the team, and create lasting business value through analytics and storytelling.

Requirements

• Experience leading data science teams, preferably within insurance or a related field.
• Strong technical depth in data analytics, modeling, and storytelling with data.
• Strategic perspective with the ability to identify impactful opportunities for analytics.
• Passion for mentorship and developing talent.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of data capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Background in actuarial science or related credentialed actuarial experience.
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance or similar insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Credentialed actuary or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in data science or analytics roles.
