About the Role

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Developer for a remote role in Hermitage. The position involves working on AI/ML processes, methodologies, and best practices within a dynamic organization that supports digital product delivery and value capture for clients worldwide. Founded in 1998, BCforward is a Black-owned firm with a strong culture focused on people, diversity, and excellence, supporting over 225 clients globally with a team of 6,000 consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI/ML models and solutions following best practices and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML components into existing systems.
Utilize cloud-native engineering techniques, including FaaS, PaaS, and micro-services on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Ensure high-quality code delivery using tools like GitHub, SonarQube, and methodologies such as DevSecOps and SRE.
Travel 5-10% as required based on client needs and project scope.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience with AI/ML processes, methodologies, and best practices.
6+ years of software engineering experience with understanding of OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and coding practices.
Proven experience with Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, Golang, SQL/NoSQL.
Experience with cloud-native engineering on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of methodologies and tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 5-10% based on work and client requirements.
