Key Responsibilities

  • Drive annual planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly performance management.
  • Manage budget and guide the team to achieve forecasts and optimize budget utilization.
  • Support finance processes and budget-related activities such as accruals, POs, and invoices.
  • Support the team with tools to accelerate execution and increase output.
  • Oversee SFDC data hygiene and provide guidance to ensure accurate tracking results.
  • Collaborate with Americas marketing teams, sales, and Global marketing to integrate marketing systems and streamline workflows.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI.
  • Implement and enforce marketing process standards, including lead to revenue.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing platforms and dashboards, coordinating with other teams for resolution.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Drive lead management practices with partners and hold them accountable for funnel management updates.
  • Drive communications to maintain stakeholder alignment and inform relevant parties.
  • Lead ad hoc projects to experiment and innovate, enhancing organizational transformation and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada; no sponsorship available.
  • Experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably in industrial or high-tech companies.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with finance teams.
  • Ability to navigate and resolve complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills for timely execution of priorities.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, Salesforce (SFDC), and other marketing technology stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Omnichannel and marketing knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing operations or demand generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools beyond SFDC.
  • Additional marketing technology skills and industry knowledge.
