Analyst - BCG Vantage, B2B Sales

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a growing global team providing sales industry and go-to-market expertise and insights.
• Collaborate with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
• Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets.
• Assist with commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, including supporting marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.
• Onboard, train, and guide junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
• Contribute to building and deploying products, tools, or data by applying sales and go-to-market expertise.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and proactivity.
• Frame, structure, and share intellectual property clearly and concisely.
• Work creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment.
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity while interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a global team environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree relevant to Sales; 1+ year of relevant work experience in B2B Sales preferred.
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years relevant industry experience in B2B Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Tableau and PowerBI skills are a plus.
• PowerPoint expertise required.
• Salesforce.com CRM expertise is a plus.
• Experience with AI/GenAI applications and data analytics is a plus.
• Experience using Sales Acceleration and Sales Enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong.io, Outreach.io, etc., is a plus.
• Will not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States.

• Salary for this role is $79,000, with a bonus of up to 16%.
