This role is for a freelancer Art Director to support an exciting client pitch, with a project duration of one month, responsible for creating original concepts, visual styles, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creating original concepts with clear, concise art direction and design that is visually interesting, on brand, and focused on performance marketing.
Designing in a range of visual styles appropriate for clients and mediums, integrating design requirements and best practices into all phases of production.
Assisting the Creative Director and Associate Creative Directors.
Maintaining responsibility for each project through final execution, including QA and reviewing and signing off on all revisions and production phases.
Collaborating with Project Managers and Producers on resourcing, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

Experience in art direction and design, with the ability to create original concepts and visual styles.
Ability to work across multiple projects at varying stages of production.
Strong collaboration skills to work with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Producers.
Knowledge of design best practices and performance marketing focus.
Ability to review, sign off on revisions, and ensure quality control throughout production.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting client pitches or working in a freelance or agency environment.
Familiarity with digital and performance marketing design requirements.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in art direction and visual design.
