About the Role

This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient professional to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across the Axiom development lifecycle for Regulatory Reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the US-Regulatory reporting, deep expertise in Axiom Controller View, and hands-on experience in data modeling and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Technical solution design and delivery for regulatory reporting using Axiom Controller View.
Drive full-cycle development across Axiom architecture using all types of business objects and application functionality.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and develop scalable solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and shell scripts.
Design and implement robust data integration and transformation pipelines from source systems to reporting environments.
Ensure adherence to development best practices, performance optimization, and compliance standards.
Work closely with QA and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy and completeness in regulatory reports.
Contribute to agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming.
Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the financial services industry.
At least 3 years of hands-on Development experience with Axiom Controller View, including design and development of complex reporting solutions.
Techno functional skills and independently manage regulatory upgrades.
In-depth understanding of Axiom components, including Data Sources, Data Models, Calculation Rules, and Report Building.
Hands-on experience working with enterprise-scale data marts and managing large volumes of financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can convey complex ideas to diverse types of audiences.
Experience working in a dynamic and complex environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming.
High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming.
