About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned BI Architect to drive the development and strategic ownership of analytics solutions within the Sales Operations domain. The role involves technical expertise and business acumen, serving as both a developer and product owner to lead large-scale data initiatives and deliver actionable insights to empower NAM sales leadership and fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of scalable BI solutions, acting as both architect and owner of key analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytical tools to perform deep-dive analyses and interpret complex data sets.
  • Design and maintain robust data architectures, managing ETL processes and ensuring data consistency, quality, and integration across systems.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating analytics needs into clear deliverables and ensuring projects stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage project timelines, align resources, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful solutions, while driving Agile best practices.
  • Champion best practices in data management, ensuring efficient processes, strong validation, and continuous improvement of BI methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Technical experience with ETL/data blending tools and processes (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, AWS Glue).
  • Experience with database/data architecture (e.g., SQL, Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Qlik).
  • Ability to strategize, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights.
  • Experience leading projects with a strategic mindset and a focus on business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with experience leading initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles.
  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a focus on Data and Analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data architecture and analytics tools in a sales operations context.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
