About the Role

As Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will build out best-in-class BI and analytical capabilities across R2Net. You will transform data into value through reporting, data scientific modeling, thought leadership, and mentoring associates. Your work will focus on shortening the path between measurement and action, collaborating across all of R2Net's functional groups, and establishing a data-driven culture to support key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and construct analytic decision-making pipelines, turning raw data into action-recommendations for users across R2Net
Build, support, and maintain a wide range of dashboards and reports, ensuring that each asset features rigorous analytic approaches and strong visual design
Guide the analytic culture of the organization by training & mentoring associates, establishing communities of practice, and creating data governance standards for R2Net
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business problems, design quantitative solutions, and translate those solutions into requirements for Data Engineering teams
Take ownership of the structure, availability, completeness, and accuracy of R2Net's data, ensuring that each component of analytic processes can be trusted and relied upon
Fulfill ad-hoc research and analytic requests across various domain spaces and present core insights to stakeholders and business leaders

Requirements

Experience designing and implementing analytic decision-making pipelines
Ability to build, support, and maintain dashboards and reports with rigorous analytic approaches and visual design
Strong collaboration skills to work with senior stakeholders and translate business problems into technical requirements
Ownership of data quality, structure, and accuracy to ensure reliable analytic processes
Proficiency in turning raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders and leaders

Nice to Have

Experience mentoring and training associates in analytics
Knowledge of data governance standards
Familiarity with data engineering processes and technical requirements
