Job Description

About the Role

This is a 10-week internship fully on-site at the listed office location. The Business Intelligence Intern will join the team in one of today's most exciting technologies, reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence in San Jose, CA. The intern will support the Services Business Intelligence team in building enhanced analytics and automation into the service strategy, including tracking metrics, working with forecasting models, and improving processes and procedures. The role also involves building dashboards and reports for senior-level reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for gathering data, performing analysis, and presenting findings
Developing and automating reports and dashboards
Architecting, modeling, configuring, and maintaining back-end data models
Cross-functional collaboration with multiple business and technical teams

Requirements

Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business/Management Information Systems or equivalent
Must be graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
Interest in pursuing a balanced business and technical role
Experience in business analysis and data interpretation
Strong Python and SQL knowledge
Knowledge of statistics and identifying patterns and insights
Knowledge of data modeling, integration, and architecture
Knowledge of data warehousing technologies (such as AWS)
Experience working with large datasets
Experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or MS QuickSight)
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
