About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage business intelligence solutions that align with Ripple's overarching business goals.
• Translate business requirements into compelling and insightful data visualizations that drive tangible action.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Orchestrate the implementation and adoption of Tableau Pulse, improving its potential to deliver real-time, proactive insights.
• Drive the organization's data-driven transformation by fostering a culture of data literacy and promoting the use of data in everyday decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across all BI platforms, upholding the highest standards of data governance.
• Offer timely, detailed troubleshooting and technical assistance to business users, minimizing interruptions to workflows and improving BI tool usage.
• Embrace a dynamic and collaborative team culture that promotes sharing of knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to leverage the most effective tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Expertise in data transformation and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in Tableau, with a Tableau Certification preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Tableau's capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
