Key Responsibilities

• You're a storyteller with a tech edge. You know how to turn AI into a narrative. You translate complex technology into compelling stories that resonate-whether that's a punchy LinkedIn post, a powerful customer case study, or a video that brings Zeni's impact to life.
• You create content that works across every format. From long-form guides to social reels, you instinctively understand what content belongs where and how to make each asset shine. You're just as comfortable scripting a testimonial video as you are writing a blog post or drafting a high-performing subject line.
• You lead by example. You bring energy, initiative, and high standards to the table-and raise the bar for the team around you. You don't wait to be told what to do. You proactively spot opportunities, take ownership, and drive projects forward with clarity and urgency.
• You're organized, adaptable, and deeply curious. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines and priorities with ease. You're constantly learning, evolving your craft, and bringing fresh ideas into the mix.

Requirements

• Exceptional storytelling and writing chops across formats-think blogs, emails, case studies, video scripts, and social posts.
• Strong project management skills: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning content from concept to launch.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them in clear, human, and engaging ways.
• Comfortable working independently, but collaborative at heart.
• Deep understanding of (and curiosity about) how AI and tech are shaping the future of work.
• Experience using content to support product marketing, demand generation, and brand awareness.
• A bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about using AI tools to scale and optimize your content output.
