Customer Solution Architect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions for business problems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions adhere to architectural best practices, standards, and industry best practices.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for various solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's tech stack.
• Identify potential risks or challenges associated with the architecture and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of architectural designs, processes, and solutions to ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards through testing, validation, and peer reviews.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team's solutions are innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, data engineering, SDLC, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise integration techniques.
• Expertise in designing solutions across domains such as enterprise applications, data management, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers and architects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Telecom and IT industry experience.
• Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
