Key Responsibilities

Design reliable, user-friendly reports for our international stakeholders using Power BI.
Take responsibility for the entire development cycle: from gathering business requirements to final deployment and user training.
Apply advanced Power BI techniques.
Collaborate in a hybrid team with an agile, data-driven mindset.
Support data engineers with tools like Python, SQL, Databricks, etc., propose and develop new tools (e.g., via PowerApps), or optimize analysis applications for the business.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a similar role.
B2 level of English language proficiency.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to craft analyses and dashboards that tell a story to the business user.
Great experience in designing and building Power BI dashboards with an eye for detail.
Good SQL skills for querying and creation of tables/views.
Interest in logistics data and supply chain, with willingness to develop knowledge in this area.
Bachelor or equivalent/higher education, such as M.C.S. in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
Ability to make analyses visually appealing is a big plus.
