Data Analytics Manager - Cleveland District

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage consumer analytics to understand customer purchasing behavior across Aramark's Sports + Entertainment venues in the Cleveland district, supporting Rocket Arena, Huntington Bank Field, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
• Analyze business performance data from sources including labor tracking, Point of Sale, and inventory management systems to identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven action plans.
• Present data insights to senior management and clients clearly telling the data story and providing actionable recommendations.
• Lead the creation and development of key performance reporting for multiple stakeholders including the Aramark operations team and clients.
• Identify opportunities to create and meet consumer demand, working with internal and external strategic partners to pilot new concepts to enhance the customer experience across venues.
• Partner with clients on conducting research on hospitality across premium, suites, and concessions consumers.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses to measure the outcome of short-term strategies and work with cross-functional teams to define insights and analytics required to measure success.
• Innovate ways to streamline the collection and synthesis of information by improving business processes and organization.
• Design compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively present complex data insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, overseeing project deliverables, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or another scientific discipline; Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an analytical function preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Exhibits an analytical mindset with curiosity to explore data for new solutions or answers.
• Ability to effectively communicate findings, analysis, implications, and recommendations to varied stakeholder audiences.
• Moderate experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of data analysts.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, specifically high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in developing in BI Tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) is a plus.

• Experience in developing in BI Tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI.

Qualifications
