About the Role

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle designed to carry people and payloads to various orbits, with a fully reusable first stage and human-capable design. You will lead technical teams to integrate customer payloads onto the New Glenn launch vehicle, applying your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact customer relationships and enable payload integration and launches.

Key Responsibilities

Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in data sets
Develops and applies algorithms or models to key business metrics with the goal of improving operations or answering business questions
Provides findings and analysis for use in decision making
Performs research, analysis, and modeling on organizational data
Develops automated tools for collecting and sharing of data

Requirements

B.S. degree in related technical field
2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to travel within U.S.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Nice to Have

3+ years industry experience with launch systems or satellite operations
Experience developing project/program management metrics
Experience developing new tools with emphasis on improving automation and efficiency
