About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work on big data and analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company.
• Acquire data from multiple data sources to perform analysis.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to answer business questions and provide recommendations for action.
• Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in data organization, data manipulation, and statistical analysis utilizing Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics cloud service.
• Understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data classification and data analytics.
• Knowledge of data warehouse and data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling.
