Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions.
Build long-standing relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues to solve key challenges.
Mentor junior staff on engagement teams, sharing expertise, feedback, and encouragement.
Plan, shape, and deliver enterprise software solutions, particularly in Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration, demonstrating versatility and leadership.

Requirements

5-7 years of related experience in a consulting role with Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Experience as a functional application specialist.
End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
Technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in project management and technical areas.
Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
