Digital Customer Experience Internship

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate feedback loops to understand user behavior, new requests, and improvement ideas
• Analyzing feedback and gathering business requirements for new features and user stories
• Analyze UX data to influence the product backlog and recommend improvements
• Develop, write, elaborate, and prioritize user stories and functionality to be built on the platform
• Support documentation management of workflows, functional, and technical requirements
• Assist cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• College Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field
• Prior digital product experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
