Dynamics NAV Developer/ Business Central Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CIO in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft Business Central solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Business Central applications used by the sales, accounting, and customer service teams.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
• Participate in the design and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Train and support end-users on Microsoft Business Central functionalities and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Programmer with a focus on Microsoft Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes in sales, accounting, and customer service.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/AL, AL, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS solutions.
• Certification in Microsoft Business Central or related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer or information science-related field required.
• At least two years of related experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Suite strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
