Key Responsibilities

Supervise teams under the Retention Area to help drive strategies and roadmap
Develop and manage other managers
Balance new bets and thoughtful iteration on existing features, and engineering excellence work
Provide guidance on scalable, high-quality system design and technical decisions

Requirements

Experience developing and leading software engineering teams and setting technical direction
Consistent track record managing managers and mentoring technical leaders
Extensive experience in rapid-growth, consumer-facing, data-driven companies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in ambiguous, fast paced, and unstructured settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
