Full Stack Developer Expert

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key expert resource overseeing aspects of Information Technology within the organization.
• Mentor and assist team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
• Design new solutions or provide alternatives for the implementation of new projects based on a deep understanding of existing systems.
• Ensure all duties are performed ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support and support complex systems or applications, including documentation of technical specifications.
• Coordinate with different team members for system integration, upgrades, and modifications.
• Evaluate business needs and requests through analysis and interpretation skills.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience supporting complex systems or applications.
• Experience in system integration and understanding internal dependencies.
• Programming knowledge in Java, C++, SQL, C#, or Python, Switch, and payment methods and channels.
• Ability to identify relevant resources, conduct research, and assess information and possible results.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to analyze complex data and situations to identify root causes and design solutions.
• Knowledge of card payment methods, including e-commerce, ISO 8583, HPDH messaging compression, TCP/IP standards, and development standards with Visa and Mastercard.
• Understanding of SDLC, database concepts, and business analysis principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Experience supporting projects in the region and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
