HOAi is the leading AI solution for the community association management industry, enabling organizations to deploy AI Agents that function like experienced managers. These AI Agents proactively execute complex, multi-step processes with human-like reasoning, working autonomously 24/7 across operations. This transformation optimizes labor costs, enables growth without additional hires, and ensures faster, higher-quality service for residents and board members. We are seeking ambitious and driven Software Engineers to join HOAi's expanding team, with a passion for leveraging AI to create impactful solutions and full ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-driven solutions
Own end-to-end feature development, from architecture to testing and deployment
Work closely with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
Collaborate in a flat organizational structure where every engineer leads critical product features
Build scalable solutions that replace manual labor with AI-powered automation
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing innovative ideas to the product roadmap

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in software engineering (Mid/Senior level)
Full-stack development expertise; open to any tech stack (current stack includes Next.js, TypeScript, Python; Java, C# are also welcomed)
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cloud AI, Cursor, Windsurf) in development workflows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution or experience at a leading tech company/startup required
Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work onsite (minimum 3 days/week, preference for 5 days/week)
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers

Nice to Have

Demonstrated AI integration experience (must be actively using AI to write more than 50% of code)
Experience building solutions in labor-intensive, vertical industries
Previous work in early-stage startups or hyper-growth environments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution or experience at a leading tech company/startup
