About the Role

The Graphic Designer + Editor will be responsible for originating and illustrating creative ideas to be used across social channels. This role involves delivering innovative thinking and collaborating with multiple teams to create integrated and cohesive creative solutions. The position is based in Culver City, CA, and involves working onsite three days a week within a hybrid work model. The role requires a strong visual design background, advanced design skills, and experience in digital and print media, motion, typography, 3D, video/animation, and illustration.

Key Responsibilities

Work hands-on in the creative development and implementation of a wide range of visual design projects for multiple platforms.
Collaborate with project managers, functional producers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
Provide direction to external vendors and production artists.
Partner with Creative Resources to select the right vendors for each project.
Deliver innovative thinking and adapt to an ever-evolving landscape with creativity and innovation.
Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and organization.

Requirements

Must provide a design portfolio or work samples.
5+ years of overall design experience with a focus on leading creative projects, design, or advertising campaigns.
Advanced design skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the design process and trends in digital and print media.
Proficiency in editing short form video and graphic design.
Experience editing content for social and marketing platforms.
Required minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
Must have communication, design, and writing skills.

Possess a strong visual design background with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Desire to deliver high-quality work that is thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear, and inspiring.
Motion experience with tools such as After Effects and Cinema4D.
Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas.
Background in visual design systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
