About the Role

As a Java Microservices Solutions Architect you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures that enhance airline operations and drive innovation across microservices ecosystems. You will be a valued member of the Technology and Cloud Solutions team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Docker, and Spring frameworks.
Implement microservices communication with Linkerd, Istio, Hystrix, and Eureka.
Secure APIs and data using OAUTH and JWT.
Build cloud-native apps with Spring Boot and manage Docker environments.
Boost performance and reliability through caching, logging, and unit testing.

Requirements

Java & Spring expertise (Spring Boot, MVC, Integration).
AWS & Docker proficiency.
Microservices architecture knowledge (Hystrix, Eureka, Istio).
API security skills (OAUTH, JWT).
Performance & testing tools (Redis, JUnit, Mockito).

Nice to Have

Airlines domain experience.
Front-end skills (JQuery, CSS, HTML).
Build tools (Gradle, Maven).
Logging expertise (Log4J).
Mentoring ability.

Qualifications

Experience with Java and Spring frameworks.
Proficiency in AWS and Docker.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and related tools.
API security skills with OAUTH and JWT.
Experience with performance and testing tools.
