About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Composer, Genesys Eservices, Genesys CIM Platform, and Genesys Voice Portal. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Genesys Composer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Implement and support Genesys Eservices to enhance customer interaction capabilities.
Utilize Genesys CIM Platform to manage and optimize customer information.
Configure and manage Genesys Voice Portal for efficient voice-based customer service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
Design and develop solutions for Claims processing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Payer domain regulations and standards in all developed solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys-related issues.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Document technical specifications and user guides for developed applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements

Must have strong experience in Genesys Composer, Genesys Eservices, Genesys CIM Platform, and Genesys Voice Portal.
Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer.
Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in hybrid work environments.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications

Experience in Genesys Composer, Genesys Eservices, Genesys CIM Platform, and Genesys Voice Portal.
