Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science-focused line of study
10+ years of Embedded Software Development Experience (Full life cycle)
10+ years of technical program and people leadership
Strong experience with Embedded RTOSs, such as VxWorks, Linux, Integrity, Deos

Nice to Have

Currently hold or can obtain a DoD Security Clearance
Strong experience in networking and computer communications
Strong Aerospace embedded software development experience
C & C++ language experience
Assembly language experience
Software verification and certification experience
Experience with DO-178 B/C
Understanding various software development lifecycle
Ability to lead and manage large software development teams
Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Effective communicator with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
Self-motivated individuals who can work with little supervision and take initiative
Ability to balance demand and capacity when establishing priorities
Analytical skills & software development skills
