Lead Systems Operations Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Policy Oversight & Compliance by monitoring and enforcing adherence to CTO policies related to system vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure timely and effective remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and testing of BCP plans.
• Track workloads, manage demand scheduling, and prioritize tasks across ITSO teams.
• Identify and escalate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies within the DISP program.
• Support the development of mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between Platform Risk Operations and other technical and business units.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple operational silos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and large-scale IT programs.
• Experience with large infrastructure security programs.
• Familiarity with risk tracking tools and project management software such as Jira, ServiceNow, or MS Project.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or PMP.

Qualifications

• Educational background or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or related fields.
