The role involves managing all performance marketing channels to drive new client growth, retention, and reactivation, with a focus on optimizing SEM programs, Affiliate Marketing, Display, and Paid Social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all performance marketing channels to drive new client growth, retention, and reactivation.
Spearhead the optimization of SEM programs, Affiliate Marketing, Display, and Paid Social.
Execute seasonal strategies, monitor vendor performance, and report weekly on success metrics.
Optimize all channels within the season to drive efficiencies and results.
Develop strategic plans to improve spend efficiency across programs while achieving business goals.
Contribute to a test and learn environment by focusing on new creative strategies to engage clients online and offline.
Forecast and estimate overall online performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals such as ROAS and KPIs.
Collaborate with agencies and partners like iProspect, Conversant, and Facebook to manage campaigns.
Work with CRM teams to understand client behavior and improve marketing efforts.
Partner with Brand Marketing on campaign launches and support Paid Media and Display efforts.
Coordinate with Social Media team to execute influencer and paid social strategies.
Collaborate with Credit Marketing to enhance the digital experience and program knowledge.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Support seasonal traffic projections and summarize findings for upper management.

Requirements

Proven experience with increasing acquisition, nurturing, and conversions while managing against CPL, CPD, CPA, and revenue goals.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience partnering with key vendors and briefing projects.
Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in digital video strategies across platforms.
BS in Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of Performance/Digital Marketing experience within Affiliate, SEM, and Paid Media, preferably in Retail.

Nice to Have

Experience in retail digital marketing.
Experience managing campaigns with agencies and partners.
Knowledge of ad formats, segmentation, look-a-like audiences, and trends in paid media and programmatic display.

Qualifications

BS in Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
