Key Responsibilities

Conducts and manages outcomes of various studies including analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.
Supports short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models.
Develops and implements effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
4+ years of experience with delivery of a Provider, Medicaid or Medicare product.
3+ years of experience with requirement gathering, solution and design documentation.
2+ years of management experience.

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience in client facing complex solution delivery.
2+ years of experience working in a matrixed HR environment.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering Medicaid, Medicare, or provider products.
Experience with requirement gathering and solution design.
Management experience.
