About the Role

The Manager Paid Advertising - Digital Marketing oversees investment and execution of digital campaign strategy within North America, focusing on performance across omni-channel digital media advertising for the company's brand portfolio. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing paid media strategies, optimizing media performance, and staying current with digital marketing trends. The position is based at the Estero, FL or Atlanta, GA office with a salary around $100k, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the performance of media advertising plans and strategy optimization through thoughtful and actionable recommendations to support regional goals and targets to deliver ROI.
  • Leverages deep knowledge of digital media advertising channels and results across tactics to draw insights for optimizations.
  • Lead strategy end-to-end process execution, and implementation of entire initiatives with an eye toward continuous improvement.
  • Possess an expert level of functional expertise to synthesize data and analysis of reporting to support forward looking media planning.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SEM Search Engine PPC Marketing and Display Programmatic paid conversion channel media advertising with a proven track record of successful results.
  • Contribute as part of a global media and advertising marketing team, sharing insights, best practices, and understanding relevant digital marketing developments and trends.
  • Keep up with the latest digital media advertising trends across platforms and media publishing advertisers.
  • Utilize and proficiently work with GA4, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners including agencies, brand marketing, and creative teams to align strategies, messages, and metrics.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for leadership, measurement, and analytics.
  • Run campaign tests, analyze data, and leverage insights for optimization across channels and tactics.
  • Develop clear, insightful performance reports and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant area of education preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Digital Media or Media Advertising, with agency experience preferred.
  • Moderate to expert proficiency in media buying and planning.
  • Strong paid advertising platform knowledge including paid search, paid social, content marketing, video, and programmatic platforms such as Google Analytics GA4, AdWords-SA360, DV360, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok.
  • Experience analyzing media performance data full funnel KPIs across channels and media buying.
  • Experience working with and analyzing Brand lift, Search Lift, Conversion Lift, and Reach & Frequency reports is a plus.
  • Highly analytical with experience in campaign reporting and attribution models.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, collaborate across functions, and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience managing digital campaigns in a hands-on fashion and creating performance analysis reports.
