About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive critical initiatives in the Retail Front Store portfolio at CVS Health.
• Be an Agile evangelist and promote Agile development practices within the team.
• Deliver high quality software to enhance customer experiences.
• Drive vision, innovation, and strategic plans to advance CVS Health's enterprise solutions.
• Work with a team of architects and developers in an accelerated development environment.
• Build trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional leadership experience in an information systems environment, including at least 3+ years in direct management and supervision of IT/Technical work groups.
• Experience with APIs, Microservices, customization, integration, UI development, and analytics for 5+ years.
• 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing large or multiple teams of FTEs and contractors.
• At least 1+ years managing teams responsible for deploying cloud applications, with GCP experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with optimization skills to improve performance, scalability, and usability of applications.
• Strong application development background as developer, architect, or manager.
• Experience and success in leading agile teams of various sizes, delivering high-quality software.
• Working experience of CI/CD pipeline.
• Coaching and mentoring staff on development and training plans.
• Working understanding of enterprise security.
• Experience in a large online retailer application development organization.
• Retail Front Store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
