Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, optimizing targeting, creative, and placements to drive performance.
  • Track campaign performance ensuring creative, targeting, and placements align with brand and performance goals.
  • Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain an ad calendar, collaborating with sales and content marketing teams to schedule and prioritize campaigns during high-impact periods.
  • Support retail media initiatives, including campaigns on Target Roundel, Walmart Connect, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Coordinate paid media assets, ensuring all creative and copy are delivered on time and in alignment with promotional strategies.
  • Oversee product detail page (PDP) maintenance for key retail and eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and consistency with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven success owning paid ad budgets and driving measurable results through campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok advertising.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage an ad calendar and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with retail media platforms like Target Roundel and Walmart Connect preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
