(Part - Time) Associate Sportsbook Content Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom bet offers and manage the complete user experience through administration of a back office CMS across critical pages of the mobile product, including Discover, Schedule, Single Event, Search, League, and Free to Play
• Leverage data and customer research insights to drive daily content curation decisions which align with greater FBG KPIs
• Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams to create and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable betting experience for our customers - driven by data, user research, and competitor analysis
• Manage always on trending 24/7 content along with strategic push notification implementation
• Remain constantly plugged into all sporting narrative, player statuses, schedules etc. in order to produce a relevant offering at any given moment of the sporting calendar
• Ensure that Fanatics is putting the customer at the heart of our Content strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 - 4 years of relevant experience
• A real passion for sport, and an inherent understanding of what sports fans want in order to be entertained
• Strong prerequisite knowledge of sports betting, the current competitive industry landscape, and an understanding of probabilities and basic statistical knowledge
• Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify all facets of Sportsbook Content to senior leadership
• Flexible work schedule will be required, mainly evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This role is remote, with the opportunity to travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
