You'll be joining a growing performance marketing function within Yoti's wider marketing team. Working closely with our Acquisition Lead, this is an opportunity to build on your hands-on experience shaping and scaling user acquisition efforts from the ground up. We work collaboratively across marketing and other teams to drive app growth, focusing on experimentation, performance analysis, and creative testing. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems with data and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of user acquisition app install campaigns for Yoti app
  • Execute and optimise acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple mobile channels
  • Comprehensive user acquisition reporting, analyse KPIs and ROAS
  • Experiment and analyse campaigns, identify ad creative, messaging and audience opportunities
  • Understand which creative concepts and messages best resonate with audiences, and identify creative opportunities based on these insights
  • Running multiple marketing tests and presenting results to the team with concrete recommendations
  • Manage campaign structure and naming conventions to ensure data clarity and consistency
  • Manage internal relationships with day-to-day communication and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying for mobile apps
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok & Snapchat
  • First-hand experience of creating and optimising campaigns on multiple channels
  • Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results to guide optimisations
  • Familiarity in using mobile attribution tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch or Singular
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Sheets, Excel and campaign dashboards
  • Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of campaign structure, naming conventions, and reporting best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
