Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full-funnel integration — evaluate organic social, paid media, and other distribution efforts to make sure content works cohesively across channels to maximize impact and avoid silos
• Lead performance-driven creative direction — bring insights and data to creative brainstorms, influencing messaging, formats, and storytelling to ensure content is strategically aligned and primed for results
• Analyze performance across paid and organic content — turn analytics into actionable insights that inform future creative, distribution, and campaign strategy
• Own the paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Streaming, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels for a portfolio of high-value clients
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs
• Manage budgets — allocate spend strategically across campaigns and channels for maximum ROI
• Lead creative testing — collaborate with design and video teams to produce ad creative that drives performance
• Analyze data and report results — turn analytics into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
• Stay ahead of trends — keep Porter Pro Media and clients on the leading edge of digital advertising

Requirements

• 2+ years in paid media management with proven results in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience targeting
• Skilled in budget management and scaling profitable campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related ad management tools
• Strong communicator—able to break down complex data into clear insights for clients
• Strategic thinker who thrives on hitting measurable goals
• Naturally curious and proactive—seek insights and opportunities that others miss
• Comfortable challenging ideas to push strategies forward
• Ability to manage ad campaigns and experience in ad management (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to commute to Idaho Falls, ID 83401
