Job Description

About the Role

We're working with a hyper-growth SaaS company, backed by a multi-billion-dollar valuation and recent Series E funding. This business is pioneering the future of developer workflows and modern web infrastructure, trusted by some of the world's most innovative technology brands and global enterprises. This role sits at the intersection of growth, product marketing, and analytics. You'll own global PLG performance marketing programs that drive developer adoption, self-serve conversions, and revenue expansion. If you thrive on analytical rigor, creative experimentation, and scaling digital acquisition, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on growth at a category-defining company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, content syndication, and emerging platforms.
  • Partner with Growth and Product to streamline onboarding and conversion flows, improving free-to-paid rates.
  • Build and manage a robust experimentation program including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Define attribution models and measurement frameworks with Growth Ops and Data.
  • Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget with focus on CAC efficiency and LTV:CAC ratios.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align campaigns with launches and GTM priorities.
  • Scale acquisition programs globally, tailoring campaigns for regional developer ecosystems and enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth, ideally in PLG SaaS or developer-focused products.
  • Proven success driving self-serve adoption and revenue through digital acquisition programs.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, DSPs, and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker.
  • Strong understanding of PLG funnels, developer behavior, and free-to-paid conversion strategies.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a passion for testing, iterating, and scaling growth programs.
