Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, optimize campaigns, and manage ad spend efficiently.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad content, graphics, and landing pages.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to drive strategic content development.
• Optimize website content and structure for enhanced organic visibility and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits, resolving issues to ensure site health and performance.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console, making data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in SEO strategy and implementation, particularly with WordPress sites.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with local SEO and regional audience targeting is a plus.
