About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Key Responsibilities

Review the functionality of existing systems to ensure quality and performance.
Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategies.
Lead the execution of performance testing to guarantee superior outcomes.
Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
Collaborate with team members to create high quality, defect-free solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing.
4 years of Performance Engineering Experience.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Excellent performance engineering experience or equivalent knowledge in Software Engineering.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting & providing tuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications.
Experience in various software development and test methodologies.
Experience in performance testing tools such as Loadrunner Enterprise, Apache, JMeter.
Experience in performance tuning of SQL queries.
Experience with JVM tuning techniques.
Experience in data analysis and visualization.
Experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++.
Knowledge of Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SAP HANA.
Experience in performance assessment and optimization of applications built on SAP BTP, AWS, or GCP.
Experience in performance testing and analysis of mobile apps.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Algorithms and Big O-Notation.
Exhibit creativity and a willingness to explore new technologies.
