The company values energy, innovation, and inclusivity, and seeks a Principal Field & Channel Marketing Manager to drive demand across the Eastern Region of North America, focusing on demand generation activities through events and channel programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing a lead generation-driven field marketing strategy primarily focused on events (proprietary and third-party).
  • Researching and assessing relevant industry and technology events for the sales and marketing teams that meet event sponsorship requirements, including target customer engagement and brand awareness with a specific cost per lead.
  • Working with the Channel Sales organization to develop and execute demand generation programs through Channel MDF in alignment with the Channel growth strategy.
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to execute all events, including development of creative assets, demo productions, materials, and logistics.
  • Being the main point person for all regional events coordination and assessment.
  • Identifying opportunities to engage existing customers and attract and engage prospects.
  • Tracking budget, ROI, and number of MQLs for each event by collaborating with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Managing onsite logistics for events, providing social support during non-event periods, and managing the settlement of marketing support with third-party vendors.
  • Participating in research, designing, development, and coordination of organizational events and meetings, and providing solutions to organizational challenges.
  • Managing end-to-end field marketing projects from planning to budget estimation.
  • Managing lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns, including regional campaign creation and social media marketing.
  • Working closely with sales, product marketing, and regional campaign teams to evaluate the impact of marketing events and gather feedback on demand generation success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the marketing technology sector.
  • Hands-on experience with field marketing planning and execution.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and technology, with the ability to adapt to different tools.
  • Experience with inbound marketing and sales software such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Channel marketing experience.
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record in field marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in groups.
  • Self-motivated with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a constantly changing environment.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Experience with inbound marketing and sales software such as HubSpot & Salesforce.
  • Experience working in organizations with a two-tier channel sales model.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in IT B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Experience in event planning, management, and support.
  • Experience working in a two-tier channel sales model.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Outreach, HubSpot, and Asana.
