About the Role

Principal Software Engineer for 15Five, Inc. in San Francisco, CA. Lead initiatives across multiple teams that improve 15Five software. Guide the Engineering practices and define high-level systems of the team. Support product requirements. Ensure data and security guidelines are implemented and upheld. Collaborate with others to make informed decisions in alignment with product needs. Work closely with Engineering Managers to plan improvements. Propose initial technical implementation, using SQL and Python, and proficiency in Data warehouses, Data lakes, and Data orchestration tools. Conduct valuable research to inform design systems. Telecommuting is permitted.
