Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage software projects with a focus on strategic direction.
Oversee the development of high-quality applications.
Drive continuous improvement by refactoring existing applications.
Ensure robust software quality through rigorous testing (unit/feature/integration).
Collaborate with Software Engineers to define and monitor SLI/SLO, ensuring application sustainability and performance.
Foster a collaborative environment through design sessions, pair programming, and code reviews.
Guide the entire lifecycle of services from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics-related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
8 years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, Rust or other relevant programming languages.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud computing with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
3 years in a technical leadership role, setting direction and leading project teams.
Proficiency with source code version control tools like Git, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
Strong communication skills for updates and resolutions with customers and partners.
Experience managing container-based workloads using Kubernetes or other orchestration software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, and multiple programming languages.
Experience in cloud computing and technical leadership roles.

Starting salary typically ranges between $166,800 and $223,050 per year, with a full range up to $241,800 depending on skills and experience.
