Product Technical Lead - Java Springboot

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing back-end services using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate services and ensure application robustness.
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Working in a global delivery environment and possibly traveling within the US.

Requirements

• Located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate; may require US travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, RESTful APIs, Kafka, GitHub.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented concepts and Data Structures.
• Experience working with RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Experience with TDD practices and frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, Karma, Jasmine.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications for optimal performance.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Cloud Implementation including Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience in developing and deploying Microservices, Data Modelling, Database Design, Tuning Design Parameters, Normalization, and solving performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with Middleware, open-source tools, and technologies.
• Experience in production support.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
