Job Description

About the Role

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing and guiding the resolution of NCRs, CARs, and PRAs, administering QMS logs, developing and organizing QMS systems within ISCOmmunity and Smartsheet, managing permissions, and assisting with decision-making, data analysis, and internal audits related to ISO 9001 and SOP across multiple locations. The role involves collaboration with the Quality Team and supporting various departments to improve productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the resolution of NCRs, CARs, and PRAs.
  • Administer the NCR, CAR, and PRA logs.
  • Assist with the development of other ISCO QMS systems such as ISCOmmunity and Smartsheet.
  • Organize and develop QMS systems within ISCOmmunity and Smartsheet.
  • Manage permissions for QMS systems.
  • Write new features, test, and report bugs in iScout.
  • Perform internal and electronic audits of ISO 9001 and SOP across 4-6 locations.
  • Interact with and assist other Quality Team members to ensure they meet their obligations.
  • Conduct data analysis and assist with decision-making.
  • Assist with QMS change planning and document control, including drafting memos and letters.
  • Assist with quality control issues and questions regarding the ISCO QMS.
  • Support sales, production planning, operations, and shipping related to QMS improvements.
  • Assist in developing QMS systems to improve departmental productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience with managing and developing QMS systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audit procedures.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and support decision-making.
  • Experience with document control and writing/editing QMS documents.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ISCOmmunity, Smartsheet, and iScout.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with software development or feature testing.
  • Background in quality management systems across manufacturing or production environments.
