About the Role

The Research Engineer will be building the next generation of systematic trading platforms, focusing on mid-frequency strategies within a lean team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying real-time infrastructure that directly impacts trading strategies and PnL, with close collaboration with researchers and traders. The position offers impact, ownership, and flexibility, including a hybrid work setup in Greenwich, CT.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy real-time infrastructure that powers trading strategies.

Requirements

3 years of Software Engineering experience, preferably with a finance background but strong technical skills with research exposure are encouraged.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with data-intensive or low-latency systems is a bonus.
Solid math background and ability to work at the research/trading interface.
High-caliber engineering skills with attention to detail where every line of code matters.
