About the Role

The Retail Coordinator role at MANN+HUMMEL involves managing supplier orders, monitoring SAP data, planning and executing stocktaking activities, and ensuring compliance with various standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

Fulfill the requests of supplier ordering process
Fulfill the requests of SAP data monitoring
Planning and execution of stocktaking according to standards
Responsible and contact for customer or supplier consignment
Responsible for planning stocktaking at subcontractor, consignment stock, and external warehouse
Creation and reporting of KPI and reports
Deriving measures and improvements
Monitoring of warehouse monitor and COGI
Scrapping activities
Supporting SAP postings (correction movement types)
Performing other tasks according to the direct supervisor
Ensures compliance with audits like MMOG or norms ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Q principles at their workplace
Fulfills procedures, instructions, orders, environmental laws, and all generally applicable legal regulations

Requirements

Experience in operations or related field
Ability to manage supplier requests and SAP data
Knowledge of stocktaking procedures and standards
Understanding of KPI creation and reporting
Familiarity with warehouse monitoring and COGI
Ability to support SAP postings and corrections
Compliance awareness regarding audits and environmental laws
