Our focus is on helping clients elevate performance and productivity. We are currently seeking a proactive SAP Technical Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team, leveraging SAP technology to address organizational challenges in the digital era through a business-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and define customer requirements, focusing on developing interfaces connecting SAP HCM products to other systems.
Create services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.
Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities.
Initiate requirement gathering, consider impacts across modules, conduct tests, and complete required documentation.
Design functional solutions after conducting thorough analyses.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into effective business solutions.
Complete configurations and/or integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
Manage and deliver multiple processes and projects, ensuring quality and risk management.
Lead workstream delivery, participate in client engagements, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Track deliverable completion and project status to ensure timely execution.
Provide direction and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree.
Typically, no less than 7 years relevant experience with SuccessFactors system.
Strong proficiency in integration management.
Strong background in infrastructure management.
Knowledge of IT environment design and management.
Strong technical management skills to maintain system integrity.
Proficiency in interface engineering and infrastructure management.
Experience with cloud computing architecture and technical architecture design.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications
