Seasonal Digital Imaging Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generating basic digital image creation.
• Prioritizing and tracking progress on assigned tasks through internal interfaces based on deadlines.
• Collecting, packaging, and sending images to OS for processing.
• Executing basic digital imagery creation and edit requests.
• Communicating art update notifications through proper channels.
• Ensuring file naming and output meet project requirements for delivery.
• Coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Providing QC support in relation to accuracy, quality, and meeting company standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving image issues and escalating as needed.
• Shifting between multiple workflows to ensure all requirements are met.
• Regularly communicating status updates around image creation status.
• Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and able to maintain a high level of productivity with multiple deadlines.

• A degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design, marketing, photography editing, visual arts, or a related field.
• Experience in E-Commerce and/or digital imaging.
• Basic understanding of production studio.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to handle high work volumes and multitask.
• Ability to work with senior management, providing strategic thinking and ideas.
• Responds well to changing priorities and workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a digital imaging environment.
• Knowledge of production studio processes.
