About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a growing global team involved in topics such as (Gen)AI, Agentic AI, and digital transformation, helping shape offerings and working directly with case and proposal teams.
• Provide expert advisory, analysis, and digital, tech, and GenAI insights to case teams and sector leaders.
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, AI demos, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
• Structure and solve complex issues related to AI-driven products, digital transformation, and related initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively in virtual and agile environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant AI-driven products, transformational initiatives, or workstreams; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, 3+ years minimum industry experience; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI platforms, apps, ecosystems, market trends, use cases, and enabling technologies/data/algorithms.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, digital transformation, and related technologies in a consulting or industry setting.
• Experience in developing intellectual property or proprietary assets.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).

• Base salary range in Bay Area - Silicon Valley: $100,450 - $108,500, depending on experience and skill set.
