About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Designing elevated, relevant seasonal creative that fulfills the brief requests for launches, promotions, and other campaigns.
• Creating fun promotional campaigns that can be adapted across multiple channels.
• Updating creative assets to reflect the latest developments in a fast-moving landscape.
• Ensuring pixel-perfect production and delivery of creative assets.
• Checking live site and app creative to validate that it executes as designed.
• Reaching out to partners with questions to ensure clarity and quality.
• Concepting in a forward-thinking manner and creating campaigns for upcoming fashion seasons.
• Supporting in executing comps, ideas, and mocks for weekly and leadership presentations.
• Bringing pitched concepts to life and helping execute campaigns under supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in a design role, including internships.
• Previous fashion experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mac, Adobe Creative Suite programs, and Figma.
• Strong creative production, organization, and design skills.
• Experience creating animations and videos for digital platforms.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and social trends.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, quick thinker, and resourceful problem solver.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion industry preferred.
