Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to execute paid media programs for the advertising business, demonstrating expertise in paid media channels.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships and optimize campaign packaging and performance for various client outcomes.
  • Oversee a team of media buyers involved in creating campaigns using self-serve tools such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Integrate analytics, marketing, and digital revenue operations to bring key moments to market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a leader in digital media or advertising, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Strong communication skills and highly organized with a passion for analytics.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple campaign outcomes.
  • Experience working with paid media channels such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Ability to work at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and revenue operations.
